Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellations & Returns
- Customers can cancel a complete order before it gets delivered for a full refund. For non-prepaid orders no refund is applicable.
- Order will get cancelled either if the customer is not able to receive the orders or the customer address is incorrect.
- Delivery for all shipments will be an open box delivery. Customers need to check the shipment for any missing products/visible damages at the time of delivery and can refuse to accept and/or reject those items in the order. There will be no request entertained for missing and damaged products post delivery.
- Customers can check fruits and vegetables to their satisfaction at the time of delivery and if there are any issues then they can return items to delivery executive. Fruits and vegetables are not returnable once delivered.
- All other items except fruits and vegetables are returnable within 24 hours of delivery, delivery and pickup charges will be applicable. Customer need to send an email to binie.care@gmail.com with product issues.
